  • Shoppers eligible for tax free shopping:
    • If you have a permanent residence outside South Korea
    • If you are a foreign visitor to South Korea (visit duration less than 6 months)
    • If you are of South Korean nationality living oversees for more than 2 years (visit duration less than 3 months)
    • No income from a company located in South Korea
    • Minimum purchase amount: KRW 15,000
  • We offer on-site tax refund services at our kiosks for stores marked with GLOBAL TAX FREE.

    At Yeoju Premium Outlets, stores affiliated with GLOBAL BLUE and NICE TAX FREE are also eligible for on-site refund services.

    Nursing (lactation) rooms are available for mothers. Each room is equipped with a water dispenser, microwave, and baby changing tables.

    Nursing room facilities are available at Jeju Shinhwa World — located in Shinhwa Theme Park, Shinhwa Water Park, and Landing Resort.

    How to rent: Leave your ID card at the information desk upon rental (10:30-21:00 in the summer season or 10:30-20:30 in the winter season)

    Jeju Premium Center
    If you stay in Marriott Resort, you can rent it in the Marriott Resort concierge.
    If you use Shinhwa Theme Park, you can rent it in the rental place at the entrance of Shinhwa Theme Park.
  • Each Premium Outlets & Center offers a wide variety of children's facilities such as playground, kid's café and rides.

  • You are allowed to bring your pets into Premium Outlets and some stores.
    Observing the below guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.

    • Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
    • Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
    • The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
    • Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
    • Keep your pet on a leash.
    • Pets are allowed into some stores, please check with the store in advance.
    • Service dogs are allowed to enter all stores.
    • When shopping inside the stores with your pet, please carry them in a pet cart or bag, and do not expose their face and body.
  • Please contact the call center (1644-4001) and we will direct you to each center's information desk.
  • Each Premium Outlets center offers mobile phone charging service at it's information desk.
    * Jeju Premium Center does not operate charging service.
  • Exchanges and refunds due to customer change of mind, such as dissatisfaction with size, design, or color, are generally available within 7 days from the date of purchase and can be made at the place of purchase with the original product and receipt. However, exchanges and refunds are not available for repaired items or items with damage.

    *Some brands have their own exchange/refund policy, which will be notified in advance.
  • Shinsegae Gift Certificates can be used at all Shinsegae Premium Outlets and are available for purchase at each center’s Information Desk.

    Please note that purchases of Shinsegae Gift Certificates can only be made in cash
    (credit cards are not accepted).

    *Some brands may restrict the use of Shinsegae Gift Certificates.
